Ingredients

Milk

Cinnamon (sticks)

7 g

Cloves

1 g

Orange zest

from 3 oranges

Star anise

Dark chocolate (78% cocoa)

1 bar

Baileys liqueur (optional)

50 ml

Method of preparation

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the bar of dark chocolate (78% cocoa). Stir until smooth, then add the liqueur (optional).
Let it steep until cool. Stir thoroughly and pour into serving portions.
Optionally, garnish with whipped cream when serving.
