Milk

Cinnamon (sticks)

Cloves

Orange zest
from 3 oranges
Star anise

Dark chocolate (78% cocoa)
1 bar
Baileys liqueur (optional)
50 ml
Method of preparation
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add the bar of dark chocolate (78% cocoa). Stir until smooth, then add the liqueur (optional).
- Let it steep until cool. Stir thoroughly and pour into serving portions.
- Optionally, garnish with whipped cream when serving.
