Dark chocolate (78% cocoa)

Baileys liqueur (optional)

Method of preparation
  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add the bar of dark chocolate (78% cocoa). Stir until smooth, then add the liqueur (optional).
  • Let it steep until cool. Stir thoroughly and pour into serving portions.
  • Optionally, garnish with whipped cream when serving.
