Bell peppers

Dorblu cheese
100 g
PETMOL 22% Cream for soups and sauces
600 ml
Paprika
10 g
Salt
to taste
Method of preparation
  • Bake the bell peppers at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
  • Add the cream to the roasted peppers and blend until smooth.
  • Add the Dorblu cheese and paprika.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Season with salt to taste.
