The Pinski&Co holding and the Petmol brand have joined forces to create a unique Easter cake. It contains only natural ingredients, guaranteeing an impeccable taste. And its unique touch is the exquisite ganache made with Petmol cream, which makes it truly special.
At the center of the composition are three symbols of the Bright Easter, gathered into a single gastronomic ensemble. Panettone-style Easter cake made using Italian craft techniques, a cottage cheese Easter cake made with premium Petmol cream, and six traditional eggs — a complete story in which there are no random elements. The cake is made using the classic panettone method with slow fermentation over a period of 18–20 hours. Thanks to this, the crumb acquires that very rare texture — both airy and moist. The taste features dark chocolate, orange candied fruit, floral honey, and a light citrus note. The top is covered with vanilla ganache made with Petmol cream and almond petals — an accent that completes the shape.
The cottage cheese Easter cake combines Petmol cream, pistachio, raisins, and white chocolate, creating a harmonious and rich flavor. A light touch of rum adds warmth and depth while preserving the purity of the creamy texture.
The composition is completed by six colored eggs — a visual and semantic balance of the set. Everything is arranged in a multi‑level box of deep red color, which becomes part of the table setting and enhances the festive feel.
The special series is available for pre-order at the La Raquette by Pinskiy&Co restaurant and via the holding’s mobile app.
