On April 23, the Artisan Forum was held in St. Petersburg — a unique event for everyone who creates and develops craft baking in Russia.
This year, the forum is dedicated to the theme of transformation: new formats, trends, the power of leadership, and the cultural code of business in an era of change. The program includes a full day of presentations by key industry experts: owners and head bakers of the country’s leading bakeries, restaurateurs, technologists, and food journalists. More than 25 speakers, two halls, panel discussions, and live interaction with professionals.
Petmol became part of the forum’s gastronomic programme. Our ambassador, pastry chef Sergei Magaev, treated the guests to desserts based on Petmol cream, and chef Anatoly Derenchuk presented his own set of canapés and appetisers.
We weren’t just a partner of the forum — we became its flavour.
And the key event for the guests was a raffle of tickets to a press tour of the Petmol factory among all participants of the Artisan Forum. 3 winners will be able to see how products chosen by professionals are created.
