From April 15 to 17, the Grand Final of Chef a la Russe 2026 — an all‑Russian open championship among chefs — was held in Moscow at the Timiryazev Educational Center. The intense three‑day competition took place as part of the HoReCa Expo exhibition, which was partnered by Petmol. For Petmol, participating in the championship was an opportunity to be alongside the chefs and demonstrate the quality of its products under the championship conditions.
This year, 30 teams of professionals from Russia and 10 teams of juniors competed for the title of the best. Over the course of three days, the participants demonstrated their skills, competed in cooking, and sought to impress the jury with their taste, technique, and the originality of their solutions. Petmol accompanied the participants throughout the entire championship and provided its products for the competition tasks. A particularly important stage was the Grand Final, with one of the most intriguing elements of the final being the «black box» — a traditional format of culinary competitions, in which participants do not know in advance what ingredients will be placed before them and must demonstrate the maximum level of creativity and professionalism to create a complete dish from them.
