As part of continuing our collaboration with the professional Russian magazine about chefs and for chefs, BONES, a new special issue of the magazine titled «Restaurant at the Hotel» was released in May 2025!
In this issue, Petmol presented an article titled «Horizons of Taste» together with pastry chef Elena Shramko and chef Viktor Massov. The article discusses how restaurants at hotels are becoming the calling cards of the regions. The article also includes recipes using Petmol cream: «Ice cream made from baked milk» by Elena Shramko and «Zucchini spaghetti with black garlic sauce, yolk, and duck ham» by Viktor Massov.
For Petmol, participating in such projects is an opportunity to support the professional community and, together with chefs and pastry chefs, to explore new facets of modern gastronomy.
