Method of preparation
- To make the crust, simply crush the cookies with the butter and egg yolks until a smooth mixture forms. This is usually done by hand, but you can also use a blender. Then spread the mixture evenly over the bottom and sides of a 30-centimeter pan.
- For the cheese filling, place all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and beat for two minutes on high speed. Then pour the filling into the pan and place it in an oven preheated to 160 °C for 1 hour.
- Once you remove the cheesecake from the oven, let it cool slightly at room temperature, remove the pan, and cut it into 10 slices.
