Method of preparation
  • Beat the eggs with salt until smooth.
  • Mix the grated cheese with the chopped herbs, then add the cream.
  • Heat a skillet, melt the butter until it foams (being careful not to let it burn).
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Using a silicone spatula, gently stir until almost done, spreading the mixture evenly across the pan.
  • Spread the cheese and herb filling over the top and gently roll up the omelet.
