Method of preparation
- Prepare a 22 cm baking pan (lined with parchment paper).
- Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
- Mix the cream cheese, cornstarch, and orange zest.
- Make caramel from sugar and water.
- Heat the cream with butter.
- Add the passion fruit puree.
- Add the passion fruit puree.
- Cool to 60 °C.
- Add the eggs to the cheese mixture.
- Add the caramel.
- Bake for 24–26 minutes.
- Chill for 8 hours.
