Method of preparation
  • Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and flour in a mixer on low speed for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cream and mix gently.
  • Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
  • After baking, leave in the turned-off oven for 30 minutes.
