Strawberry and cream mousse


Ingredients
Gelatin (or agar-agar)
10 g
Strawberries
250 g
Powdered sugar
100 g
Water
60 ml
For garnish
Strawberries
3
Mint
to taste
Method of preparation
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Then blend them in a food processor and strain the puree through a sieve to remove small seeds.
- Whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the powdered sugar. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream in batches. Mix until smooth.
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Let it cool slightly, then gently fold it into the strawberry mixture. Mix well.
- Divide the strawberry mousse among dessert bowls and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
- Before serving, garnish the dessert with strawberries and mint.
