Panna Cotta with Cherry Confit

Milk
500 ml
Sugar
120 g
Vanilla paste
10 g
Sheet gelatin
18 g
Method of preparation
  • Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  • Heat the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla paste (do not boil).
  • Squeeze out the gelatin and add it to the hot mixture.
  • Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Pour into molds.
  • Chill for 4–6 hours.
  • Top with cherry confit.
