Panna Cotta with Cherry Confit


Ingredients
Method of preparation
- Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- Heat the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla paste (do not boil).
- Squeeze out the gelatin and add it to the hot mixture.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour into molds.
- Chill for 4–6 hours.
- Top with cherry confit.
