Fettuccine with prawns in a creamy sauce

Method of preparation
- Sauté the prawns in olive oil with a sprig of thyme and a clove of garlic, add dry white wine, and reduce. Remove the garlic and thyme.
- Add cream. Reduce the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste, then the Parmesan cheese.
- Add the durum wheat pasta, previously cooked al dente, to the finished sauce. Toss the pasta in the sauce.
- Add fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
