Method of preparation
  • Place the mussels and wine in a preheated saucepan, cover, and cook for 7 minutes. The saucepan should be well heated.
  • Add the cheese to the cooked mussels. The saucepan will contain the mussel broth, which you’ll use to melt the cheese.
