Mint ganache

Powdered sugar

Cream cheese

Green food coloring

Method of preparation
  • Flavor the cream with mint: place in a saucepan, cover with foil, and heat to a boil over high heat.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes without removing the foil.
  • Strain the cream and stir in the white chocolate.
  • Chill the ganache, covered with plastic wrap, for at least 2 hours.
  • In a blender, combine the ganache, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and food coloring. Blend until light and fluffy.
