Ingredients
Mint
5 g
White chocolate
20 g
Powdered sugar
20 g
Cream cheese
210 g
Green food coloring
as needed
Method of preparation
- Flavor the cream with mint: place in a saucepan, cover with foil, and heat to a boil over high heat.
- Let stand for 10 minutes without removing the foil.
- Strain the cream and stir in the white chocolate.
- Chill the ganache, covered with plastic wrap, for at least 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine the ganache, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and food coloring. Blend until light and fluffy.
