Garlic

Marinade for liver

Method of preparation
- Marinate the liver for 30 minutes.
- Bake the garlic at 200 °C for 25 minutes.
- In a saucepan, sauté the garlic with butter and thyme.
- Add the flour and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and broth.
