Kiwi mussels in spicy sauce

Asiago cheese
150 g
Butter
30 g
Lemon
10 g
For the spicy sauce
Mayonnaise
50 g
Sriracha
10 g
Garlic
4 g
Soy sauce
10–15 ml
Sesame oil
5 g
White tobiko roe
10 g
Method of preparation
  • Fry the garlic in butter until soft.
  • Add the cream and reduce until thick.
  • Add the grated cheese and stir.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients.
  • Fill the mussels with the butter cream and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
