Kiwi mussels in spicy sauce


Ingredients:
For the spicy sauce
Mayonnaise
50 g
Sriracha
10 g
Garlic
4 g
Soy sauce
10–15 ml
Sesame oil
5 g
White tobiko roe
10 g
Method of preparation
- Fry the garlic in butter until soft.
- Add the cream and reduce until thick.
- Add the grated cheese and stir.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients.
- Fill the mussels with the butter cream and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
