Broccoli

Parsnip

Vegetable broth

Green peas

Spinach

Clarified butter

Method of preparation
- Sauté the parsnips until golden brown.
- Add the broth and broccoli, and cook until tender.
- Add the peas and spinach, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and blend until smooth.
