Cream of broccoli and green pea soup

Method of preparation
  • Sauté the parsnips until golden brown.
  • Add the broth and broccoli, and cook until tender.
  • Add the peas and spinach, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Pour in the cream and blend until smooth.
