Leeks

Fish broth

Dill

Flour

Method of preparation
- Dice the potatoes and boil them in the broth until half-cooked.
- Add the chopped leek and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the cream, add the spices and salmon fillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Thicken with flour sautéed in butter, and add the dill at the end.
