Ingredients
Leeks (white part)

Clarified butter
60 ml
White wine
150 ml
Chicken broth
450 ml
Salt
5 g
Potatoes
380 g
Thyme
2 g
Garlic
15 g
Method of preparation
- Sauté the leeks in butter with thyme and garlic.
- Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the potatoes and broth, and cook until tender.
- Pour in the cream and blend until smooth.
