Chanterelles with potatoes


Ingredients

Chanterelles

Mozzarella cheese

Chicken breast/thigh

Spices (paprika, khmeli-suneli, dried garlic)

Salt, pepper
to taste
Method of preparation
- Boil the potatoes, arrange them in a greased baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Sauté the chicken breast with onions, season with salt and pepper.
- Grate the cheese.
- Chop the mushrooms.
- For the topping, mix the eggs with the cream and spices.
- Assemble the pie: layer the chicken in the potato dish, then the cheese, mushrooms, and pour the cream and egg mixture over the top.
- Bake the pie in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!!
