Method of preparation
  • Boil the potatoes, arrange them in a greased baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Sauté the chicken breast with onions, season with salt and pepper.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Chop the mushrooms.
  • For the topping, mix the eggs with the cream and spices.
  • Assemble the pie: layer the chicken in the potato dish, then the cheese, mushrooms, and pour the cream and egg mixture over the top.
  • Bake the pie in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!!
