Sea bass (fillet)

Garlic

White wine

Green asparagus

Butter

Method of preparation
- Steam the sea bass fillets until cooked (about 7 minutes).
- Trim the asparagus and boil in salted water.
- Mince the garlic, sauté in olive oil, and add the white wine.
- Add cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add the butter.
