Spaghetti in cream sauce with shrimp and avocado


Ingredients
Spaghetti
120 g
Shallot
10 g
Garlic
5 g
Shrimps
60 g
Avocado
40 g
Cilantro (coriander leaves)
2 g
Salt, pepper
to taste
Cognac
40 g
Method of preparation
- For the pasta, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, slice the shrimp lengthwise and dice the avocado.
- Sauté the shrimp in vegetable oil, then add the avocado, finely diced onion, and garlic. Cook until done.
- Add the cognac and cream, evaporate until thickened, then season with salt and pepper to taste and stir in the finely chopped cilantro.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for one minute.
- Serve on a plate.
