Spaghetti in cream sauce with shrimp and avocado

Shallot

Garlic

Shrimps

Avocado
40 g
Cilantro (coriander leaves)

Cognac

Method of preparation
  • For the pasta, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, slice the shrimp lengthwise and dice the avocado.
  • Sauté the shrimp in vegetable oil, then add the avocado, finely diced onion, and garlic. Cook until done.
  • Add the cognac and cream, evaporate until thickened, then season with salt and pepper to taste and stir in the finely chopped cilantro.
  • Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for one minute.
  • Serve on a plate.
