Baked mussels in tom yum cheese sauce

Method of preparation
  • Sauté the flour with the butter until golden brown, add the tom yum paste, and sauté for another half a minute.
  • Add the cream and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese.
  • Mussels: carefully sort through and rinse the mussels, then pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  • Place 1 caper on each mussel, spoon the cheese cream on top, and spread it lightly.
  • Bake for 7 minutes at 190 °C.
