Baked mussels in tom yum cheese sauce


For the sauce
Butter
15 g
Flour
15 g
Tom yum paste
10 g
Parmesan cheese
30 g
Russian cheese
40 g
Method of preparation
- Sauté the flour with the butter until golden brown, add the tom yum paste, and sauté for another half a minute.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese.
- Mussels: carefully sort through and rinse the mussels, then pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
- Place 1 caper on each mussel, spoon the cheese cream on top, and spread it lightly.
- Bake for 7 minutes at 190 °C.
